The Ransburg Electrostatic RMA-580 and RMA-590 Robot Applicators are a unique solution to spraying both waterborne and solvent borne materials. The RMA-580 & RMA-590 are the latest in a long line of proven rotary atomizers. The Hybrid unique design allows it to apply both solvent and waterborne materials electrostatically. The waterborne coatings are applied using indirect charge while solvent borne materials are applied with direct charge, making the RMA applicators the most versatile applicator in the market today.

An internal cascade applies high voltage to the coating material as it exits the applicator, providing maximum voltage at the applicator, resulting in high transfer efficiency and reduced coating material usage. The atomizer’s design incorporates the new Platinum Series turbine, capable of operating speeds up to 100,000 rpm for demanding production environments.
